District 208 Apartments
At District 208 Apartments, I played a key role in the lease-up process by implementing and curating the community's branding across all platforms. I focused on building a strong social media presence, where I organically grew our followers and developed content that resonated with the target audience. Through strategic and creative posts, I successfully positioned District 208 as one of the top-followed communities in the region, increasing engagement and interest.
In addition to growing our online presence, I ensured that all marketing materials and resident communications were aligned with the brand's identity. My efforts helped foster a sense of community, attract potential residents, and support the overall leasing goals of the property.

Brand Style Guide Development
During my time at District 208 Apartments, I also created a comprehensive style guide to ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials. While I didn't design the logo or select the colors, I was responsible for selecting accessible fonts on Canva that could be easily used by the team to create branded content. I compiled all essential brand elements into one accessible brand board, which included alternative logo variations, detailed font usage guidelines for headings, subheadings, and body text, and instructions on how to use our stock images effectively. Additionally, I crafted a few taglines for the “X” in the logo, such as “X marks your new home” and “Comfort crosses convenience,” to further reinforce the brand's messaging and identity.
Social Media Strategy
At District 208 Apartments, I developed and executed a dynamic social media strategy that focused on organic growth and community engagement. By creating visually appealing and relevant content, I was able to attract new followers while maintaining a strong connection with current residents. I strategically curated our Instagram feed to reflect the vibrant atmosphere of the community, showcasing local amenities, resident events, and the lifestyle District 208 offers. This approach not only fostered a sense of community but also positioned us as one of the top-followed apartment communities in the region.
My strategy included regular, interactive posts designed to increase engagement, along with the development of hashtags that aligned with our brand. I consistently monitored performance metrics to optimize content and ensure our strategy was meeting the needs of the target audience. The result was a strong, active online presence that supported the lease-up process and helped build long-lasting relationships with both current and potential residents.
