As the Leasing and Marketing Manager of Summerville Station Apartments, I played a key role in the community's success, contributing to its sale and staying on with the new ownership team. Although the talented designers at Agency Fifty3 created the rebrand, I was tasked with integrating and executing the new brand identity across all platforms.

Leveraging tools, resources, and leadership, I elevated the community's marketing standards to reflect the updated style guide to enhance the resident experience and drive engagement. This included revising all marketing materials to align with the new branding and ensuring consistent application for day-to-day operations in this beautiful South Carolina apartment community.

Bringing the New Brand to Life

One example of the rebranding I implemented at Summerville Station after its sale is the renewal offer letter. The original design, with its yellow, blue, and orange color scheme, was updated to reflect the new brand's palette of blues and neutrals. With the updated visual guidelines providing clear direction, I was able to create a cohesive and elevated look across all marketing materials.

Showcasing our Brand on Social Media

Developing an Instagram grid that showcases brand consistency is one of my many passions. At Summerville Station Apartments, I managed an Instagram feed that really showed what life in this community was like. I did this by featuring images of our apartment community and the local area, using images of our team to make them more relatable, and connecting it all together with the blues and browns of our brand.
